Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VidSpark (the "Service"), including our website and video streaming features. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VidSpark lets you stream short dramas and series. The first 3 episodes of most series are free to watch without a subscription. Other episodes, titles with 3 or fewer episodes, and AI-generated subtitles for subscriber episodes require an active subscription. The catalog changes over time, and titles may be added or removed without notice.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and subscribe.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@vidspark.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer or share access to your account, or use automated means to access the Service.
• Please give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about your account and billing.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Recurring billing. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and are billed in advance through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the payment method in your PayPal account at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Price. The price and billing period are shown on our Pricing page and confirmed by PayPal before you approve the subscription. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice. You can cancel before it takes effect.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your Account page at any time (or from your PayPal account). Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then your subscription ends.
• Failed payments. If PayPal cannot collect a payment, we may suspend access to subscriber content until the payment succeeds. Repeated failures may end the subscription.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
• Taxes. Prices may include or be subject to taxes depending on your location, as calculated by PayPal at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, download (except through features we provide), redistribute, publicly perform or re-stream content; circumvent access controls, paywalls or technical limits; interfere with or overload the Service; scrape the catalog; or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Content and intellectual property

Content on the Service is owned by us or by our licensors and providers, and is protected by copyright and other laws. A subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing. AI-generated subtitles are machine translations provided for convenience and may contain errors.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and streams working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Streams come from third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable. Features may change as we improve the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or on the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
